A look back at 2009

2009 was a great year for my family and I'm looking forward to this year bring a new job, a new place to live(TN?), a trip to Disney World and Riley in school more days of the week. I hope it will all go well. I know I haven't posted anything in forever but I will be adding more soon.

A day with Thomas the train engine

So here are the pictures of Thomas the train engine that we saw on our one year anniversary :) We had a great time and Riley still talks about it.

First Anniversary

~April, 24 ~
We made it, it has been a whole year and all 3 of us are still alive. Good times, good fights, good family, a lot has happened over the last year that has brought our little family closer together and weathered each of us for the storm of life that lies before us, we thought we would share this slide show of the special day last April that started it all.

p.s. Special event notice- For mommy and daddy's anniversary they are taking me to Greenfield Village to ride Thomas the Choo Choo!!! Anniversary's are awesome ~Riley Morgan Ott (Slide show of course will follow so you can all see how cute I am.)

EASTER

Happy Easter! A week ago we took Riley to Hudson Mills Park for a Easter egg hunt. She was having fun meeting the Easter bunny and petting the animals. When it came time for the egg hunt however, it was just the opposite. She got so overwhelmed when they said "go," all she did was scream and hold on to me for dear life. Ricky called it "Happy Kid Torture Day". She forgave us for torturing her when we opened the eggs and found all the candy. Here is the video of the egg hunt and a slide show of the day. Also us when we colored Easter eggs.

Wow! I didn't realize how long it has been since I posted a new one. These are some of my favorite pictures of Riley. I have put this years St. Patrick's Day and last year on here to see just how much she has changed.

Bouncing

Riley saw other big kids going on this ride at the mall in TN and wouldn't stop asking to go on. So I let her. She started going but got scared. We went back the next day to go on again. But she got even more scared of it. This is footage of the second day. Sorry that you have to tilt your head I don't know how to fix it.
