Bouncing

Riley saw other big kids going on this ride at the mall in TN and wouldn't stop asking to go on. So I let her. She started going but got scared. We went back the next day to go on again. But she got even more scared of it. This is footage of the second day. Sorry that you have to tilt your head I don't know how to fix it.

Cooking

Riley is making lunch for me for a change :) She is cooking grilled ham and cheese but really just and butter sandwich.

Thanksgiving

Riley and I went to Grandma and Grandpa Wilkens this year for Thanksgiving. It was so nice to see everyone again. I wish I could see them more but living 8 hours away is hard. Miss you all.

Wanted

Riley now sleeps in a toddle bed :)

Halloween

On Halloween we went trick or treating in downtown Chelsea and then to the mall.

Feeding The Geese

This is from the summer when Riley and I visited my parents. Riley and Grandma Ireland went to Independence Grove to feed bread to the geese. Riley loved it :)

Riley's First Haircut

Before I got Riley's two year pictures taken I wanted her hair cut. So we went to Kid Snips and I highly recommended it. They have cute little seats and each station has a TV so the kids get to pick out a movie to watch. Its perfect to make them sit still and not move their heads. And Riley loved it!

Boating

Laura's cousin,Bobbie, has a pontoon boat on Whitmore Lake. Everyone loves to go out and enjoy the nice warm weather. Riley's favorite thing is to through rocks in the water :)

Riley is 2!

My girl is two! I can't believe it. She is becoming Miss Independence. I miss my little baby....Anyway, Riley got to open her presents and then we went to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate.

In the Garden

Riley love to be outside especially in Papa's Garden. When we are visiting Grandma and Grandpa Ireland she knows to wait at the window for Papa to come home. The minute he does all I hear is "Outside. Shoes on. Papa!" She would spend the whole day there and night if I would let her. She is soooo in love with Papa's Garden.

I took Riley to a spray park with Diane, Caryn, Coleton, and McKenna. Everyone had a Blast.

Going to the Movies

Riley went to her first movie back in April. We saw Horton Hears a Who and she love it! She sat so still in amazement of the huge screen. And she was so quite...probably due to the fact she wouldn't stop shoveling in the popcorn :) We plan on taking her to more movie.

Trip to the Zoo

Grandma and Grandpa Schmid took us to the Toledo Zoo in Ohio and it was AWESOME! Riley loved all the animals, especially the polar bears. It was so cute watching her make the sounds of what all the animals say.
